• *Position Information • Job Title: Oracle Fusion Asset Maintenance and PIM Consultant • Work Location: Remote • Budgeted Salary Range: Total Comp $125 -180K • *Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced • *Oracle Fusion Maintenance** an d • *PIM Consultant** with deep functional expertise in Asset Maintenance and Product Information Management (PIM). The ideal candidate will lead implementation and optimization efforts across enterprise asset management and product data domains, ensuring alignment with business processes and operational KPIs including Maintenance Asset Efficiency. • *Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Asset Maintenance and PIM modules • Configure and manage enterprise and customer assets, maintenance programs, work definitions, and work orders • Design and optimize item creation, product hierarchies, and attribute governance in Oracle Fusion PIM • Align system configurations with business processes across supply chain, manufacturing, and maintenance • Develop functional specifications, conversion strategies, and SIT/UAT test scripts • Support data migration using FBDI and integration via REST APIs • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues across maintenance and PIM modules • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and process alignment • Provide guidance on Maintenance Asset Efficiency metrics and how to capture them using Oracle Fusion tools • Support KPI tracking for asset utilization, mean time between failures (MTBF), and preventive maintenance compliance • Document business requirements, configuration decisions, and process flows for stakeholder review • *Required Qualifications: • Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion implementation • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Asset Maintenance and PIM modules • Strong understanding of enterprise vs. customer asset management and maintenance hierarchies • Proven experience with FBDI, REST APIs, and Oracle Cloud configuration tools • Familiarity with Maintenance Asset Efficiency KPIs and their application in Oracle Fusion • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field • *Preferred Skills: • Experience with Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, Inventory, and Supply Chain modules • Experience with Maintenance Workbench, Supplier Warranty Management, and Guided Journeys • Ability to translate business needs into system solutions and onboarding assets • *Diversity and Inclusion: With integrity and inclusion at its core, Atom recognizes that it is through diversity, inclusion, and equity that our community is shaped.
