<p><strong>Job Title: Production Operator</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Plainsboro, NJ 08536</strong></p><p><strong>Duration: 4+ months - contract</strong></p><p><strong>Pay Rate: $29.75/hr on W2 - Job ID: RDSMJP00008320</strong></p><p><strong>Shift: M – F 3.00 pm – 11.30 pm</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>1st Shift: 7am-3:30pm M-F - $29.00/hr W2</strong></p><p><strong>2nd Shift: 3pm – 11.30pm M-F - $29.75/hr on W2</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Education:</u></strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED required.</li><li>Minimum two years' experience within a chemical/food/perfumery manufacturing</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Summary:</u></strong></p><ul><li>The Compounder is responsible for the accurate formulation, batching, and processing of chemicals according to approved formulas, batch records, and standard operating procedures.</li><li>This role requires hands on experience directly compounding, mixing, and handling chemicals in a regulated manufacturing environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Perform hands‑on compounding and formulation of chemicals according to approved batch records, recipes, and specifications</li><li>Precisely measure, weigh, and mix raw materials using scales, pumps, hoses, tanks, reactors, and other compounding equipment</li><li>Execute batch processing activities in compliance with SOPs, GMPs, safety, and quality requirements</li><li>Complete and maintain accurate batch documentation, production records, and logbooks</li><li>Operate and monitor compounding equipment, including pumps, mixers, filters, and control systems</li><li>Identify and escalate process deviations, quality concerns, or equipment malfunctions</li><li>Follow strict chemical handling, labeling, storage, and ventilation requirements</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area in accordance with cGMP and safety standards</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of direct, hands‑on compounding or formulation experience, including (Mixing chemicals according to formulas or batch records, performing measured, and controlled chemical processing)</li><li>Experience working in a chemical, pharmaceutical, fragrance, flavor, or similar regulated manufacturing environment</li><li>Working knowledge of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices)</li><li>Proven ability to accurately follow written procedures, recipes, and batch instructions</li><li>Experience handling chemicals safely in a production setting</li><li>Ability to complete documentation accurately and in real time</li><li>Forklift operation experience (or ability to obtain certification)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Experience compounding in fragrance, flavor, pharmaceutical, or specialty chemical manufacturing</li><li>Experience with HACCP, ISO, or other regulated manufacturing standards.</li><li>Prior experience working with batch systems, reactors, or automated compounding equipment</li></ul><p></p>
