Operations Coordinator – Logistics & Data Management
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and operations-driven Operations Coordinator to support backend operational workflows, logistics tracking, data auditing, and system accuracy management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational “detective work” — identifying discrepancies, maintaining accurate records, tracking workflows, and ensuring operational processes run smoothly.
The position is primarily focused on backend operations, reporting, auditing, and coordination, with light CSR/admin support responsibilities as needed.
This is not a sales-heavy or customer service-focused role. We are looking for a candidate whose core strength is operational execution, process management, and data oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Logistics Support (80%)
Monitor and track operational workflows, fleet/logistics activity, and system updates
Audit operational records and identify discrepancies or missing information
Maintain accurate CRM and database records
Generate and update KPI reports, operational dashboards, and tracking sheets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure process accuracy and timely updates
Support dispatch, logistics coordination, and backend operations tasks
Improve workflow efficiency and maintain operational compliance standards
Ensure operational documentation and reporting remain organized and accurate
Perform data reconciliation and quality assurance checks
Administrative & CSR Support (20%)
Assist with administrative coordination and documentation
Provide professional communication support when needed
Handle light customer or internal coordination tasks
Support operational inquiries and follow-ups
Qualifications
Proven experience in:
Operations coordination
Logistics or fleet tracking
Dispatch support
Workflow/process coordination
Data auditing or reporting
Backend operations support
Strong attention to detail and process accuracy
Experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
Comfortable handling KPI tracking and operational reporting
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple workflows
