Role Overview
Research and analyze data from internal, external, regulatory, and compliance sources across various Operations teams. Work with leaders on high-priority projects, collaborate with subject matter experts, and perform root cause analysis to improve production and performance quality.
What You Will Do
Represent the department as a subject matter expert, maintain process knowledge, conduct root cause analysis, analyze data, build reports, and identify service level problems and trends.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma with four (4) years of related experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience working with large data sets
- Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
- Knowledge of the Company's general business principles, industry dynamics, market trends, and specific operational details
- Knowledge of the Company's core Operations applications
- Knowledge of Healthcare and Managed Care industry preferred
