Job Description: • Collaborate with our investment team to identify and pursue attractive acquisition opportunities across the U.S. • Step into the role of President & CEO of the acquired company following a successful transaction • Take full ownership of strategy and operations • Accountable for overall P&L performance, designing and executing growth initiatives, and leading the company’s day-to-day operations • Partner closely with Prospect and the company’s board of directors to shape the company’s long-term direction and value creation Requirements: • Minimum of 10 years of senior management experience • Proven track record of successful P&L ownership and/or service as CEO, President, or General Manager • Demonstrated ability to lead all aspects of a business, including strategy, operations, finance, and team development • Strong track record of driving profitability and cash flow growth, with an emphasis on EBITDA generation • Entrepreneurial mindset with the appetite to assume significant responsibility, balanced by the discipline to manage fiduciary obligations to diverse stakeholders • History of proactively building revenue and increasing profitability through business development and growth initiatives • Excellent professional references and a reputation for integrity and sound judgment.
