ONESTREAM LEAD CONSULTANT   Location: Remote, USA Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $114,000 to $148,000 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp - Range may vary based on experience.  Benefits Offered: Vision, Medical, Life, Dental, 401K   Summary This position will provide an integral consultative component to our customer’s ongoing efforts to expedite the ROI and maximize the effectiveness of their business performance management solutions, especially OneStream . Consultants are responsible for providing solutions by working with customers to develop applications primarily for financial reporting. A Consultant has hands-on knowledge of OneStream and a track record of successful implementations as well as core product training. A Consultant completes the implementation work in a timely manner and can assist in validating the requirements and design of the application.   A Consultant performs the routine and non-routine activities in each area of responsibility independently, with minimal coaching and supervision. OneStream Consultants typically work together with customer resources and frequently with a team of other consultants to implement complex web-based Business Performance Management solutions. Teamwork is an important function of this role. The ideal candidate possesses experience working in finance organizations, with sound understanding of the nature of work performed by financial analysts, controllers, finance directors, and CFOs.     Primary Duties and Responsibilities   Demonstrate the core/advanced functionality of single solution on the OneStream platform Engage in conversations with Sales to discuss implementation of a use case at current or prior customer (or employer) Delegate tasks to and mentor other members of the team Independently complete implementation work and project documentation Review and finalize documentation and application elements prepared by other junior team members Lead troubleshooting and resolution of application issues Lead a full multi-solution design session; prepare complete design document. Assist in identifying roles and responsibilities for projects Provide feedback on team performance Responsible for managing small projects in accordance with the PRIME methodology Create and maintain project financials, project plan, and status reporting Propose session ideas for Splash Author Blog Posts for OneCommunity Identify and recreate issues for tracking and resolution with product development Conduct customer training Lead customer meetings, manage customer relationship Foster a knowledge sharing culture within the OneStream community Present topics to the department during ad-hoc calls and at the annual summit Lunch & Learn knowledge share sessions Participate in OneCommunity forums   Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent work experience. 8+ years of Implementing CPM Solutions, with 3+ years Implementing OneStream An active OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) – Core Platform Architect digital credential Extensive experience with SQL, C#, VB.NET or similar programming experience  High degree of proficiency with MS Office and data modeling skills Deep understanding of financial accounting and/or planning processes Strong critical thinking and analytical background (consulting, banking, research) Superior presentation skills Strong technical skills/background as it relates to product implementation Prior Experience with databases (Oracle, Essbase, etc.)    Preferred Education and Experience Other OneStream Certification(s) digital credentials or micro-credentials Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology. A professional accounting designation (e.g. CPA, CMA, CGA, CA), advanced degrees (MBA, MFA), and/or other professional designations or certifications (applicable to accounting/finance and information technology) Prior experience with any of the following products is a plus: SAP Outlooksoft BPC SAP BOFC (Cartesis) HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) FDM (Financial Data Quality Management) or UpStream Hyperion Planning Hyperion Essbase IBM Cognos   Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to apply software knowledge to functional business requirements by leading requirements, scoping, and design sessions Ability to create and finalize project documentation per PRIME Methodology guidelines Ability to apply basic standard project management principles and practices to deliver results Ability to design a solid foundational OneStream core application using extensibility Ability to write complex OneStream business rules and member formulas of any type Ability to design, build and customize any OneStream built solutions and accelerators that can be downloaded from the Solution Exchange Increasing ability to take on more senior roles in implementations    Travel  Travel Requirement: Regular travel is a critical part of this role and a willingness to travel up to 80-100% of work time is required.   Who We Are OneStream is how today’s Finance teams can go beyond just reporting on the past and Take Finance Further™ by steering the business to the future.
