About the position
Nurturing Nurses HomeCare, a nurse-led agency based in Charlotte, NC, is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team and support high-quality skilled nursing and private duty care. We are currently hiring for all shifts and positions, including nurses to support our Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities
• Deliver skilled nursing care in a home setting
• Manage and monitor complex patient needs
• Perform care involving ventilators, tracheostomy, and G-tubes
• Accurately document patient care and progress
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and care team
Requirements
• Current RN or LPN license in North Carolina (required)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (home health preferred)
• Vent, trach, and G-tube experience required
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Updated TB test or chest X-ray
• Ability to assist with patient mobility (no lifting restrictions)
• No medical restrictions that would limit job duties
• Minimum of 3 professional references
• Must pass background check and drug screening
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in homecare, ED, or ICU strongly preferred
