SFTC Clinical Supervisor Position Requirements:
For Training Purposes:
• 4 Clinical Training meetings during your first month of employment.
• Your Supervisor’s Group Clinical Supervision, Weekly Tuesdays, 11am-1pm, ongoing.
• Clinical Supervisor Team Training, Weekly Wednesdays, 11am-12pm, ongoing.
Required Meetings:
• Staff Meeting, Monthly Second Wednesday, 9-11am, ongoing.
• Supervisors Meeting, Weekly Tuesdays, 10-11am, ongoing.
• Other meetings as needed or required.
SFTC Licensed Clinician Position Requirements:
• Required Scheduling 13 Clients weekly and Maintaining 10 Completed sessions weekly.
• Required use of TherapyNotes Scheduling calendar.
• Coordinating quality client care with Supervisor.
• Timely completion of required clinical documentation for all clients.
• Adhere to Best Practices Documentation Standards.
• Required Successful Completion of First 90 Days to continue employment and to be eligible for increased rates.
• Timely Engagement in required aspects of the credentialing process as requested by supervisor and/or credentialing staff members.
• Other professional duties as needed and assigned.
Qualifications : (Requirements)
• Active LCSW licensure in California
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive and client-centered care
• Prefer availability for In-Person/In-Office, or hybrid split In-Person/In-Office and Video Conferencing/Teletherapy
Strongly Preferred:
• Training or Certification in at least one trauma–specific treatment modality: BSP (Brainspotting), SE (Somatic Experiencing), or EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
• Prior experience working with clients who have experienced trauma populations is highly valued.
• Clinical supervisory and/or management experience.
