What You’ll Do
• Call and negotiate with homeowners looking to sell
• Build rapport and uncover seller motivation
• Analyze property values and estimate repair costs
• Make cash offers and negotiate win-win deals
• Work closely with our team to structure profitable transactions
• Track KPIs, follow scripts, and stay consistent with outreach
• Manage CRM tasks and follow-up systems
This is a high-income skill role — everything will be taught, and the potential for growth is unlimited.

• Basic computer skills and reliable internet
• Previous sales experience a plus, but not required
Compensation
• Base Salary: $95,000 – $175,000 annually
• Performance & Deal Bonuses: Paid weekly for closed deals
