The job
Working as a Team Manager means that you will be responsible for creating and providing guidelines, setting goals, giving coaching sessions, and motivating as well as supporting your team. You will have a lot of interaction with the team and therefore it is important that you are an empathic, organised, and outgoing individual, who can motivate the employees.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
Manage people and manage processes.
Identify employee needs
Incorporate clear guidelines
Set timelines and goals
Motivate the team members to ensure a positive, efficient, and successful environment
Give accurate, valid, and complete information by using the proper procedures
Your qualifications
💭 You speak and write Norwegian and English fluently (C1).
🎓 Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must.
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills.
💪🏻 You have a desire to learn as well as teach. You possess a lot of patience and empathy.
🥇 Strong communication skills and you have good interpersonal relationship building skills.
