Pave Talent is hiring on behalf of our client, a female-founded wellness technology brand specializing in FDA-cleared microcurrent facial devices. Their products are used by licensed estheticians and spa professionals across luxury spas, day spa chains, med spas, and hotel spas nationwide. This role is built for a beauty education leader who knows how to translate professional training into product adoption, reorder frequency, and long-term account loyalty.
⠀
This is an education-led sales role. You will own the professional education function for the B2B channel, developing training programs that help spa professionals get confident with microcurrent technology, integrate it into their treatment menus, and keep coming back for more.
You are not just a trainer. Your education programs will have direct revenue accountability. You will track adoption, reorder frequency, and account performance as your core metrics.
You'll report directly to the Founder, a biomedical engineer who built this company from scratch. The team is small and fast-moving. You will have real influence over how this education function gets built.
⠀
'
• Build and deliver professional training programs for spa owners and licensed estheticians covering device protocols, product pairing, and treatment integration
• Create curriculum, reference materials, and onboarding content for new professional accounts
• Host live and virtual training sessions, webinars, and hands-on workshops
• Develop short-form training video content for ongoing account education and remote support
• Drive product adoption and reorder performance across your account base through consistent education touchpoints
• Engage the esthetician and spa professional community through events, trade shows, and industry partnerships
• Open new professional accounts by leveraging your existing network in the spa and professional beauty channel
• Feed market intelligence back to the Founder based on what you're hearing from spa professionals in the field
There is no existing playbook here. The professional education function is newly created. You will be building the curriculum, training workflows, and content library from the ground up. If you need a defined structure and a large support team to operate, this is not the right fit.
The Founder's thesis is simple: spa professionals who are properly educated on this technology become loyal, high-retention accounts. Your job is to prove that at scale.
