Job Summary The National Account Manager, Amazon is responsible for ACCO Brands sales to Amazon and collaborates with the Amazon Sales Director to insure a profitable and buyable product assortment to achieve seasonal category sales goals. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day account activity across all ACCO Brands product categories and responsible to drive top-line budgeted sales and profitability. Responsibilities • Sales & Profitability Planning • Set direction for ACCO product selection and lifecycle management • Responsible for profitability of ACCO catalog • Participation in ACCO Consensus process and AMZ sales forecasting • Provide direction on new item/event forecasts • Ensure product buyability and top ASIN health • Account Relationship Management • Primary contact for Amazon Vendor Manager for seasonal business • Participate in weekly Operations meetings • Manage relationship with Amazon to influence strategic priorities • Contribute to QBRs and regular collaboration between ACCO and AMZ leadership • Operational Execution • Drive collaboration with ACCO customer care, finance forecasting, supply chain advocate and sales support to drive performance to key KPIs. • Sales Analysis • Sales analysis (Stackline or VC) as needed to inform decisions • Maintain key sales reports and dashboards and manage ad-hoc reporting requests • Monitor product sales across ACCO’s complete product catalog; identify trends, opportunities and outliers • eCommerce Evangelist • Stay current on eCommerce trends, changes in digital commerce requirements • Educate team and peers on trends; support broad, continuous learning on Amazon/eCommerce Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent • 3-5 years Customer Account Management Experience • 2 years of Amazon account management experience • Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements • Ability to pull together data from disparate sources to create a clear analysis suitable for presentation to stakeholders from Customer or internal Sales, Marketing, Finance or Senior Management • Strong written and verbal communications skills needed; ability to tailor approach based upon audience and message • Organizational skills with a disciplined approach to managing processes on a day to day basis respecting defined authority levels • Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Ability to travel up to 20% • Must possess the following core capabilities: • Customer focus • Interpersonal communication savvy • Drive and action oriented with goal of exceeding forecasted results • Teamwork and cooperation • Problem-solving and attention to detail • Organizational agility • Negotiation skills • Account penetration • Internal planning & resource deployment • Consultative and fact-based selling Salary Range: $90-000 - $130,000/annually.
