Music Artist Manager

Duties • Identify and recruit promising musical talent through strategic scouting and industry networking • Develop comprehensive career plans, including branding, marketing, and performance schedules • Manage social media accounts and execute social media marketing campaigns to boost artist visibility • Negotiate contracts with record labels, booking agencies, sponsors, and other partners to secure beneficial deals • Coordinate with talent agencies for artist representation and manage talent acquisition processes • Oversee the creation of promotional content, press releases, and marketing materials to enhance artist profiles • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders such as promoters, venues, and media outlets • Handle administrative tasks related to contracts, licensing agreements, and sales tracking Skills • Expertise in social media management across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter • Strong negotiation skills to secure advantageous deals and partnerships for artists • Proven experience in talent management and talent acquisition within the music industry • Ability to manage agency relationships effectively and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously • Knowledge of contracts, licensing laws, marketing strategies, and sales processes relevant to music artists • Excellent communication skills for recruiting new talent and maintaining industry connections • Passion for music with an understanding of current trends in social media marketing and digital promotion Join us in shaping the future of musical talent!
