Role Description The Multi Family Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, remote Inside Sales position. The Specialist will actively engage in lead generation, build relationships with current and potential customers, address inquiries, and provide personalized service to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting products, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to sales growth efforts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and cultivate new business opportunities. • Excellent Communication skills to build relationships with clients and effectively convey product information. • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus to address inquiries, resolve issues, and exceed client expectations. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with our support team. • Familiarity with the multifamily housing industry or maintenance supply products is a plus. • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is an advantage.
