Mortgage Consultant – Outbound Team

Job Description: • Originate purchase and refinance loans by responding to company-provided leads via phone. • Engage with consumers, determine their needs, and offer appropriate products. • Manage a loan pipeline from application to closing, collaborating with underwriting, processing, and other teams. • Ensure adherence to federal and state lending regulations, maintaining accurate documentation. • Provide superior customer service. • Meet individual monthly sales goals. • Stay informed of developing trends in the mortgage industry. Requirements: • Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred. • Origination experience in the mortgage or banking industry required. • 2+ years’ origination experience. • Active NMLS license. • A solid understanding of appraisals, title reports and product guidelines. • Must maintain mortgage licenses by completing mandatory annual continuing education. • Experience utilizing persuasive communication skills, inside sales experience preferred.
