Meta Ads Appointment Setter / Cold Caller (Remote) — High Volume (100–120 Calls/Day) Job Type: Part-Time / Contract Pay: $7.50–$30 per hour + Performance Bonuses Location: Remote Start Date: Immediate About the Role We’re looking for a high-energy appointment setter who understands Meta ads at a basic level and can speak intelligently with business owners. You’ll be calling local service businesses (HVAC, roofing, contractors, etc.), identifying if they are running ads (or need to), and booking qualified calls for our team. This is not a generic cold calling role — you need to understand what you’re talking about when it comes to paid ads. Responsibilities • Make 100–120 outbound calls per day • Call business owners and decision-makers • Qualify leads based on marketing needs (especially Meta ads) • Follow a script while adapting naturally • Book qualified appointments on our calendar • Log call outcomes and notes • Handle objections confidently • Maintain a high-energy, professional tone Requirements • Strong English speaking skills (clear + confident) • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls • Basic understanding of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads • Ability to speak about: • Leads • Cost per lead • Ads performance (at a surface level) • Reliable internet connection • Quiet working environment • High resilience to rejection Bonus Points (Not Required) • Experience running Meta ads • Experience working with agencies • B2B cold calling experience • Familiarity with CRMs or dialers • Sales background Compensation • $8–$17/hr base (based on experience) • Performance bonuses per appointment booked • High performers can earn $20–$30+/hr all-in • Opportunity for long-term role What Success Looks Like • 100–120 calls/day • 5–15 meaningful conversations/day • 1–5 qualified appointments/day Who This Role Is Perfect For • Appointment setters who want to level up into marketing • Cold callers with some digital marketing knowledge • Entry-level media buyers looking for experience • Hungry, performance-driven individuals To Apply Please include: • Your experience with cold calling • Any experience with Meta ads (even basic) • Your availability (hours per week) • A short voice recording (optional but preferred) • Why you’d be a good fit We are hiring immediately.
