Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative role at careerzynith is the frontline of our member‑centric service model. You will serve as a single point of contact for members, plan sponsors, and health‑care providers, delivering timely, accurate, and compassionate assistance. This position begins with a comprehensive 19‑week onsite training program in Blue Bell, PA, after which you will transition to a flexible work‑from‑home arrangement.

Training Program Details

The initial 19‑week onsite training in Blue Bell, PA is designed to immerse you in careerzynith’s product portfolio, systems, compliance standards, and customer‑service philosophy. Training runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, and includes:
