Job description: Member Service Representative – Munhall & Monroeville401 K, Dental, Life, Medical, VisionFull time positionThe Member Service position will be responsible for serving our members daily by opening new accounts, processing transactions, cross selling our products and services, and resolving technical issues.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the current and evolving products and servicesProperly identify members or potential members and document and update member records-based interactionsCross-sell products and services by providing information about the productAccurately perform teller and member service transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, shared certificates, opening & closing accounts, IRA's, etc.Troubleshoot and resolve problems and/or technical issues and concernsHandle all member inquiries and complaints in person, by phone, or electronic accessTravel to other branch locations, as neededQualifications:Previous experience in customer service, banking, or cash handling experience of 2-5 yearsAbility to build rapport with our membersAbility to prioritize and multitaskAbility to perform your work accurately in accordance with policies and proceduresTo apply: Send resume to
