- Reach out to potential members via phone, email, or other channels to explain program benefits and encourage enrollment
- Build rapport through active listening and personalized communication to foster trust and connection
- Consistently meet or exceed engagement and enrollment targets based on team metrics
- Maintain professionalism in all communications and document interactions in compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations
- Share member feedback with internal teams and leadership to improve outreach strategy and member experience
- Support internal initiatives and contribute to a positive team culture
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role
- Background in healthcare, wellness, or population health management is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems and contact center software is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and educate effectively
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency preferred
- Availability for flexible work hours including evenings and weekends when needed
- Ability to work in a remote, hybrid, or in-person HIPAA-compliant environment
