Pay: $15/hour + Commission + Monthly Performance Incentives

About the Opportunity
We are a growing aesthetic and medical spa clinic in downtown Miami looking for a rockstar Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This is more than a receptionist role — we need someone who is a natural with people, takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience, and isn't afraid to sell.

What You'll Be Doing
• Greet, check in, and check out clients in a warm and professional manner
• Confirm appointments and manage the daily schedule to minimize gaps and maximize bookings
• Answer incoming calls, texts, and messages quickly and professionally
• Collect client IDs, consent forms, and intake forms and ensure all information is accurate and current
• Upsell treatments, packages, and retail products to clients
• Follow up with clients after their treatments to ensure satisfaction
• Handle and de-escalate upset or dissatisfied clients with grace and professionalism
• Escalate issues to the appropriate team member or management when necessary
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
• Support the team with general administrative and operational tasks as needed
You Must Have — These Are Non-Negotiable
!! Bilingual in English and Spanish — this is a hard requirement. Do not apply if you are not fluent in both.
!! Previous front desk or receptionist experience — required.
!! Must be located within 30 minutes of downtown Miami.
!! Must be available some Saturdays.

Preferred (Not Required, But a Big Plus)
• Prior experience in a medical spa, aesthetic clinic, salon, or wellness environment
• Familiarity with booking or scheduling software (e.g., Vagaro, Mindbody, Jane App, or similar)
• Experience with CRMs or client management systems
• Sales background in a service-based industry
