Assist patients with their medical billing inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Use strong communication skills to effectively communicate with patients and address any concerns or questions they may have.
Utilize billing expertise to accurately explain and break down complex medical billing processes to patients.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail when reviewing and processing patient billing information.
Collaborate with other members of the Patient Support Call Center team to ensure efficient and effective handling of patient billing inquiries.
Act as a knowledgeable resource for patients, providing guidance and assistance in navigating the complex world of medical billing.
Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards patients while addressing their billing concerns.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all patient interactions and billing inquiries.
Keep up-to-date with industry changes and regulations related to medical billing and insurance.
Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures within the Patient Support Call Center to enhance the patient experience.
