To be successful in this position, you must have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of one year of experience as a Medical Assistant. Perform various clinical tasks, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care to patients. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for patients and staff. Utilize electronic medical records systems to document patient care and maintain confidentiality of patient information. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure all medical equipment is properly sanitized and maintained. Float between multiple clinical departments, adapting to different workflows and contributing to overall team efficiency. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on industry standards and best practices. Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed patient expectations. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by communicating effectively and respectfully with team members. Adhere to Sutter Health's mission and values in all aspects of job performance.
