Responsibilities
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for patients with our medical team
• Collect and update patient information and medical records
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Coordinate with insurance companies to verify coverage and submit claims
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Assist with billing and invoicing processes
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
• Continuously update and maintain patient records and databases
• Provide support to the medical team with any other tasks as needed
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent, associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a medical administrative role
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with insurance verification and billing processes is a plus
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting

Compensation & Schedule
• Competitive Pay Rate: $40–$60/hr based on experience and performance
• Paid Training: $40/hr for 1-week onboarding training
• Training Completion Bonus: $700 instant incentive after setup and training
• Work Schedule: Flexible Scheduling: Choose Full-time (30–40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week); Options for morning, afternoon, or evening schedules
Remote Work & Equipment
• 100% Remote Position — U.S.-based only
