About the Role
We're seeking a Media Supervisor to lead the development, execution, and optimization of integrated media campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and collaboration-responsible for translating client goals into high-performing media plans that reach the right audience at the right time.
You'll partner with internal teams, clients, and vendors to build smart, data-informed strategies, oversee campaign execution, and continuously optimize performance. This role also plays a key part in mentoring junior team members and contributing to overall media team excellence.
What You'll Do
Develop and lead omni-channel media strategies aligned to client objectives and KPIs
Conduct audience, competitive, and industry research to inform media planning and optimization
Determine strategic media mixes using research tools and data insights
Collaborate with creative, account, and client teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
Oversee campaign setup, performance monitoring, reporting, and ongoing optimizations
Manage budgets, media authorizations, vendor relationships, and billing reconciliation
Translate performance data into actionable insights and future-facing strategies
Stay current on media trends, emerging channels, and new opportunities
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering growth and collaboration
Contribute to new business efforts, agency POVs, and internal training initiatives
What You Bring
3-5+ years of paid media planning and/or buying experience (agency or in-house)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights
Experience with media research tools (e.g., MRI, GWI, Vivvix) and planning platforms
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in spreadsheets and media planning tools (Excel/Google Sheets, etc.)
Collaborative mindset with a positive, proactive attitude
Experience in travel and tourism is a plus
