About Our Client

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple mechanical construction or design‑build projects from kickoff through closeout
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal engineering teams, subcontractors, and field partners
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans
• Oversee scope, quality, cost control, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with engineering, estimating, and construction teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
• Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Proactively resolve issues related to schedule, design coordination, or field execution
• Track project performance and report status to leadership and stakeholders
• Support project closeout activities including documentation, commissioning support, and client handoff

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in mechanical construction, HVAC, design‑build, or related construction disciplines
• Experience managing commercial or industrial projects (e.g., distribution, manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, cold storage, or similar)
• Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, scheduling, and cost controls
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams
• Proficiency with common project management, scheduling, and financial tracking tools
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
