As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll manage digital campaigns, optimize local service ads, and keep the website fresh and engaging. You’ll collaborate closely with the team to drive visibility and generate quality leads. If you enjoy working independently, love data-driven marketing, and thrive in tech-savvy spaces, this role will feel like home.</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST (USA)</p> <p>Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:</p> <p>Managing Local Service Ads (LSA) campaigns on platforms like Google Local Services, Yelp, and Facebook<br /> Optimizing profiles with accurate business info and customer reviews<br /> Monitoring performance metrics and implementing strategies to improve visibility and lead generation<br /> Analyzing data for campaign optimization and budget decisions<br /> Staying current on LSA policies, market trends, and competitor activity<br /> Conducting keyword research and building effective PPC campaigns<br /> Creating compelling ad copy and designing display or banner ads<br /> Setting up and managing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads<br /> Monitoring performance and optimizing bids and ads<br /> Updating website content and designing using WordPress<br /> Implementing SEO best practices and analyzing keyword and backlink strategies</p> <p>What We’re Looking For:</p> <p>At least one year of experience in graphic or digital design and/or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field preferredReliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)<br /> English fluency<br /> Proven experience in digital marketing and website management<br /> Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and LSA strategies<br /> Ability to work independently and meet deadlines<br /> Strong communication and analytical skills<br /> Experience managing LSA and PPC campaigns<br /> Strong background in Facebook Ads and Google Analytics<br /> Proficiency in WordPress and Divi Builder<br /> Creative thinking and attention to detail<br /> Reliable, responsible, and empathetic communicator<br /> Excellent time management and tech-savvy mindset<br /> Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment</p> <p>What’s In It for You?</p> <p>Monthly compensation starting from 1245 USD to 1350 USD<br /> Paid time off and holiday pay.<br /> Referral and annual bonuses.<br /> 100% Remote, Full-Time, Long-Term Career Opportunity.<br /> Parental leave.<br /> Opportunities for professional development and training<br /> Dedicated support from our team.<br /> A chance to work with clients who share our values.</p> <p>Ready to dive in?
