Job Description: • Develop a working understanding of GIS concepts and Esri technology (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, etc.) sufficient to accurately translate technical capabilities into clear marketing and proposal language • Collaborate with technical/GIS staff to gather content, visuals, and maps for marketing materials • Partner with the business development team to develop visually compelling graphics, layouts, and design elements for proposals, capability statements, and pursuit materials • Help structure proposal content to improve readability, persuasiveness, and win themes • Ensure brand consistency and professional polish across all submitted materials • Manage and grow the company's presence across professional social networks, with a primary focus on LinkedIn • Develop and execute content calendars, posts, and campaigns tailored to cross-platform best practices • Track engagement metrics and adjust strategy to improve reach and audience growth • Prepare marketing collateral for conferences, trade shows, and industry events (banners, handouts, presentation materials, digital assets) • Coordinate logistics and timelines for collateral production ahead of events • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis of industry peers, including brand positioning, messaging, and marketing tactics • Synthesize findings into actionable insights for leadership and business development teams • Apply SEO best practices to website content, blog posts, and digital marketing materials • Monitor keyword performance and search rankings, recommending optimization strategies Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, GIS/Geography, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Two to five years of marketing experience, ideally within a technical, engineering, AEC, or government contracting environment • Familiarity with GIS concepts; exposure to Esri products (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online) strongly preferred • Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent) • Demonstrated experience managing professional social media platforms, especially LinkedIn • Working knowledge of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, particularly around proposal submissions and event timelines • Experience supporting government or federal proposal processes (RFP/RFQ responses) preferred • Prior experience in geospatial, environmental, civil engineering, or infrastructure industries preferred • Familiarity with CRM or proposal management software (e.g., Deltek, Zoho) preferred Benefits:
