We're currently supporting the growth of a logistics technology platform and are looking for a sharp, ambitious, and commercially minded Marketing Director to help scale the business globally.

The Role
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys owning both strategy and execution. As Marketing Director, you'll bridge the gap between B2B supply chain marketing and technology platform growth, building and optimizing the marketing engine that attracts, converts, and retains 3PL partners and platform users worldwide. Working directly with the CEO and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll be responsible for everything from high-level growth planning and market expansion initiatives to campaign execution, outreach strategy, funnel optimization, and performance analysis. We're looking for someone who understands the logistics landscape, knows how to market a B2B platform or marketplace, and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.

Logistics & 3PL Industry Expertise You have hands-on experience within the logistics, freight forwarding, fulfillment, supply chain, shipping, or 3PL technology ecosystem. You understand how logistics providers operate, the challenges they face, and how purchasing and partnership decisions are made.
Strategic Yet Hands-On You can confidently move between quarterly growth planning and day-to-day execution. Whether it's refining a go-to-market strategy, reviewing campaign performance, writing outreach messaging, or optimizing conversion funnels, you're comfortable owning the details.

Data-Driven Decision Maker You don't just look at traffic reports—you understand user behavior, conversion paths, acquisition performance, and growth metrics. You know how to turn data into actionable recommendations and work effectively with developers and technical teams to improve outcomes.
Strong Communicator & Relationship Builder You can confidently present performance updates and market insights to executive leadership while maintaining clear communication with partners, prospects, and internal teams. You build trust quickly and represent the company professionally across global markets.
