Your Epic Quest as Our Marketing Designer
You’ll own high‑impact visual work across brand, web, decks, and campaigns. This is a production role involving shipped work, not side projects. You’ll craft Figma systems, magazine‑grade decks, campaign creative, and assets for events and social. Working alongside our Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate with Product, and Ops to make our brand feel intentional, consistent, and unmistakable.
Your Day-to-Day Superpowers: What You’ll Actually Do:
Design end‑to‑end creative that ships: brand assets, web screens, landing pages, campaign creative, and master Google Slides templates
Build and maintain clean, componentised Figma files (auto layout, components, variables)
Own deck design: master templates, layout, typography, and turning 40 slides into a magazine‑grade narrative
Produce pixel‑perfect production files for digital, event, and print use; hand off clear specs to engineers and vendors
Push on creative strategy: provide a clear point of view, question assumptions, and improve briefs
Sweat the details: kerning, hierarchy, alignment, iconography, and visual consistency
Iterate quickly with product, marketing, and content to deliver measurable campaign and conversion outcomes
What We're Looking For: Your Marketing Design Arsenal!
2–3 years in‑house or agency product/brand/design experience with real production work (not templates)
Portfolio that shows a distinct artistic voice across brand, web, decks, and campaigns; examples that shipped to customers
Figma fluency: auto layout, components, variables, clean file organisation
Google Slides mastery: master templates, layout systems, and strong slide craftsmanship
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva
Strong written and spoken English; comfortable with async remote collaboration across US time zones
A point of view: able to push back constructively, improve briefs, and defend design choices
Meticulous attention to detail; focus on alignment, spacing, typographic rhythm matter to you

You’ve delivered AI or automation projects that deliver measurable undeniable impact
You've not just survived but thrived in the beautiful chaos of a high-growth startup
Background in healthcare, health‑tech, or enterprise B2B
Illustration skills or an illustrator mindset
Experience as a one‑ or two‑person design team at an early‑stage startup
Motion design (After Effects, Lottie) for social and event video
Experience with Webflow or handing off clean Figma specs to developers
Event/experiential design experience (booth graphics, signage, swag)
Light HTML/CSS for landing pages and email templates
