We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Brand Manager to lead and grow our global brand presence. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will be responsible for shaping the company’s brand narrative, managing multi-channel marketing efforts, producing high-impact materials, and ensuring consistent communication across all customer touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B marketing within the iGaming industry who can confidently manage brand execution, collaborate across departments, and elevate the company’s visibility in a highly competitive market.
What goals will you have?:
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and execute a clear, compelling brand strategy aligned with company goals and commercial priorities
Define and uphold a strong brand identity, voice, and visual direction across all marketing and sales materials
Campaign Development & Execution
Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, events, and partner channels
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver campaigns that generate brand awareness and support lead generation
Social Media Strategy & Community Engagement
Manage the company’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and industry platforms
Create content and campaigns tailored to B2B audiences, and actively engage with partners, prospects, and industry thought leaders
Track social KPIs and optimize content based on performance data
Sales Enablement Materials
Create and maintain branded sales decks, brochures, pitch presentations, and other collateral to support the commercial team
Ensure all materials reflect current product offerings and align with brand messaging
Website Content & Updates
Manage and update website content in collaboration with design and development teams
Ensure brand consistency and clarity in messaging across product pages, blogs, and landing pages
Public Relations & Media Outreach
Manage relationships with PR agencies to drive media coverage, press releases, interviews, and thought leadership
Coordinate press outreach and ensure alignment with brand objectives and regulatory standards
Industry Events & Partnerships
Coordinate brand presence at key industry expos and conferences (e.g., ICE, iGB, SBC)
Support partner and marketing initiatives, including local activities and joint campaigns
Brand Governance & Asset Management
Enforce brand consistency across all touchpoints, internally and externally
Manage brand assets, templates, and guidelines for use by global teams and partners
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track key metrics related to brand visibility, content performance, engagement, and campaign ROI
Prepare reports and present findings to the CCO and other stakeholders, recommending optimizations based on data
Localization & Market Adaptation
Adapt brand messaging and assets for different regions while maintaining global consistency
Support local market teams or partners with branded assets and campaign toolkits
About you:
3+ years of marketing/brand experience, preferably in the B2B iGaming industry
Proven experience developing sales and marketing collateral (e.g., decks, one-pagers, product overviews)
Familiarity with website CMS tools and basic content editing (no coding required)
Experience working with PR agencies and managing media outreach
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Familiar with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva/Figma, and Google Analytics
