Role Overview
Join our Customer Support team as a Mandarin Language Customer Support Associate. You will be a core member of our customer support team, working remotely with a regular shift during US hours. Our company is remote in its DNA, with 60%+ of our team working remotely.
What You Will Do
You will be the primary point of contact for our Mandarin customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing a broad range of issues and requests related to our products. You will also partner with the Success team to get clients set up and make any modifications that clients request.

Requirements
- 1 to 3 years experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English both verbal and written
- Must have Phone Support experience
- Must have experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Strong knowledge of Payroll and related HR products
- Must be willing to work following the US time zone
- Must have a high-speed and stable primary and backup internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
