Requirements:
• Experience in sales strategy, sales planning, strategy & operations, consulting, analytics, or related fields
• Leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
• Highly analytical and comfortable with large datasets
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Salesforce
• Hands-on experience with quota setting, incentive design, compensation modeling, and forecasting
• Effectively operate in multi-stakeholder environments across Sales, Product, Finance, and Analytics
• Strong ownership, prioritization, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
• Compelling communicator capable of influencing senior stakeholders
