SUMMARY This role is responsible for leading payroll operations and HR technology systems within a multi-entity, multi-state environment, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient processing of employee data and compensation. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Total Rewards, or another management personnel that the CEO of the Company may designate. This position is hybrid located in the office up to 4 days per week and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead end-to-end payroll processing across entity and it's subsidaries, and states Ensure compliance with federal, state and location regulations Manage payroll cycles including earnings, deductions, and tax filings Perform payroll audits and reconciliations Maintain strong internal controls and vendor relationships Oversee specialized payroll components including per diem program payments, ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements Support payroll administration for expatriate employees Administer ADP Workforce Now & Workday Lead HRIS strategy and integration architecture across systems Manage system configuration, workflows, and security Support integrations across payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and finance. Ensure data accuracy across systems Develop and support reporting for HR and Finance (EEO-1, ACA, payroll, month end, etc.) Drive automation and efficiency improvements Support HR technology transformation initiatives Regular attendance, in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by Management REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 7+ years of payroll experience Multi-state payroll expertise HRIS experience, ADP Workforce Now & Workday preferred Experience supporting per diem or variable pay programs preferred Experience with expatriate payroll Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) strongly preferred EXAMPLES OF PHYSICAL DEMANDS
