Manager, Digital Marketplaces, Smartwool, icebreaker

Job Description: • Lead the marketplace strategy to achieve commercial targets and ensure a brand-right, and best-in-class consumer experience • Collaborate with the product and merchandising teams to develop channel-right assortments • Lead the external advertising team and strategy to optimize consumer experience and drive awareness • Develop and execute seasonal search and display advertising strategy in partnership with wholesale marketing and external partnerships • Develop and present channel insights and future strategic initiatives to leadership Requirements: • BA or BS degree in Business, Marketing or related field of study and 6+ years of sales experience, preferably in Amazon or a relevant digital retailer • Demonstrated record of successfully managing and growing a marketplace business with experience managing an extensive, segmented product range • Consumer understanding and competitive market knowledge as it relates to digital platforms • Experience creating and executing Amazon search and display ad strategies • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to execute multiple projects on a seasonal basis • Excellent MS Office skills with a focus on analysis and presentation • A team and customer-first attitude, with a high level of dedication Benefits: • Additional compensation awards including an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential • Detailed information on benefits provided during the hiring process
