You will provide prompt and friendly service while handling multiple conversations efficiently. The duties and responsibilities include performing the day-to-day administrative secretarial and receptionist functions of the facility in accordance with current established procedures, and as directed by the Office Supervisor.Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely manner.
- Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Provide information on hotel services, promotions, and policies.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and materials preparation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in project management and follow-up on action items.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or chat support is a plus.
- Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats at once.
- Basic knowledge of hotel booking systems is a bonus.
- Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
