About the Position
We are currently expanding our remote client services team and are looking for motivated, organized individuals to join us as Lifestyle Services Coordinators. In this role, you'll help clients organize personalized travel experiences by managing planning details, coordinating reservations, and providing ongoing support throughout the booking process.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, multitasking, and working independently in a flexible remote environment. Experience in hospitality, scheduling, administrative support, retail, or customer service is helpful but not required. Full training and continued mentorship are provided for all team members.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist clients with travel requests, scheduling preferences, and vacation planning needs
Coordinate accommodations, cruises, flights, transportation, excursions, tours, and related travel services
Research destinations, pricing, and package availability through approved supplier and reservation systems
Organize booking records, confirmations, itinerary details, and travel updates
Communicate professionally with clients through email, phone, and online messaging platforms
Support travelers with reservation adjustments, itinerary revisions, and follow-up assistance
Maintain detailed and accurate client information within internal company systems
Stay current on travel promotions, destination updates, and supplier announcements
Attend virtual onboarding sessions, team trainings, and ongoing professional development programs
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a remote work setting
Familiarity with email, web-based platforms, and basic computer applications
Reliable internet access and professional communication habits
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and systems
Interest in travel coordination, hospitality, client services, or administrative support
Must be at least 18 years of age
