Position Overview
We are currently expanding our remote operations team and are looking for organized, customer-focused individuals to join us as Travel Planning Support Associates. In this role, you'll help clients through the trip coordination process by managing important travel details, assisting with reservations, and helping ensure travel plans are completed smoothly and accurately.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, problem-solving, and supporting customers in a flexible work-from-home environment. Whether you have experience in hospitality, scheduling, administration, retail, or customer support, full training and continued guidance are available.
Key Duties
Assist travelers with trip requests, scheduling preferences, and vacation planning needs
Coordinate travel components including hotels, transportation, cruises, activities, tours, and excursions
Research travel availability, rates, and package options using approved systems and supplier platforms
Help organize itinerary details, confirmations, and reservation records
Provide professional assistance through phone, email, and digital communication tools
Support booking modifications, schedule changes, and follow-up communication when needed
Maintain detailed and accurate client information within internal company systems
Monitor destination news, supplier promotions, and travel-related updates
Participate in virtual training sessions, onboarding programs, and team meetings
