Responsibilities
• Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including retail sales and telemarketing campaigns, to identify their insurance needs and present suitable life insurance products.
• Build strong relationships by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client concerns, and offering clear explanations of policy benefits and features.
• Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements that meet their financial goals.
• Conduct analysis of client information to recommend appropriate insurance plans, ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA when handling sensitive data.
• Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, policy processing, and benefits administration to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that expand client base and enhance brand visibility in the community.
• Maintain thorough records of client interactions, policy details, and follow-up activities to support ongoing relationship management.
Requirements
• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales or insurance sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to clearly articulate product benefits and address client questions.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases effectively.
• Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing client needs and tailoring insurance solutions accordingly.
• Familiarity with sales administration processes, benefits management, and customer service best practices.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to insurance products and telemarketing techniques for lead generation.
• Ability to navigate regulatory requirements such as HIPAA when handling sensitive personal information.
