The Opportunity: Licensing Specialist (Contractor)

Tilt is hiring a Licensing Specialist to help build and sustain our state licensing operations. This is a contract engagement with a clear scope: execute a defined pipeline of state license applications, help stand up Tilt's in-house licensing function, and provide ongoing support for renewals and regulatory reporting on a flexible, part-time schedule. The work is administrative by design — and that's exactly the point. This role is built for someone who has already built a professional career and wants meaningful work that fits their life, not the other way around.
