We are seeking dedicated LICENSED Mental Health Therapists to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health needs. This role involves building a relationship with client to provide effective therapy, group therapy sessions, and implementing behavior management strategies.
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide direct support to patients
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage with individuals
- Implement behavior management strategies tailored to each patient's needs
- Assist in the treatment of conditions such as PTSD, and geriatric mental health issues
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mental health or related field preferred
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse mental health needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- EMPATHETIC AND DEDICATED TO CLIENT.
- Bilingual is a plus
MUST HOLD A LICENSE in LMHC or LCSW and submit proof prior to interview.
