Work Environment
This remote role allows you to thrive in a stimulating environment from the comfort of your home. You will equip yourself with innovative digital therapy tools to ensure seamless interactions with clients. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering work-life balance while allowing ample time to focus on your clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver virtual counseling sessions using secure digital platforms, ensuring clients receive consistent support.
• Guide individuals through personal challenges by actively listening and employing solution-focused therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with clients to set realistic and attainable goals, developing personalized treatment plans that address their unique situations.
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of each session, adhering to ethical practices and organizational policies.
• Continuously evaluate client progress and adapt therapeutic approaches as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Your role will primarily focus on adults seeking mental health support for various concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. You will work closely with clients from different backgrounds, tailoring your approach to their individual needs while fostering a supportive and trusting therapeutic environment.
Qualifications
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• A valid LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California.
• Proven experience using digital therapy platforms for virtual counseling.
Preferred Experience
While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, applicants with prior experience in community health settings or multi-disciplinary teams are preferred. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) will be a significant asset in this role.
Compensation and Benefits
