We are seeking a licensed, driven, and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join the team and take ownership of the sales
pipeline.
This role is focused on working leads, generating quotes, following up consistently, nurturing prospects, presenting coverage options, and closing new business. The ideal candidate is someone who understands insurance sales, communicates clearly and professionally, and is motivated by both base compensation and performance-based
commission.
This is a sales-first role, not a customer support position. Success in this role will depend heavily on follow-up discipline, pipeline management, strong communication, and the ability to convert opportunities into writ
ten premium.

Active Texas Property & Casualty
• General Lines License (mandatory).Candidates with only a Personal Lines license will not qualify, as this license does not allow full sell
