About the Role: As a licensed insurance agent, you'll build strong client relationships, sell insurance policies, and contribute to a high-growth culture. You'll act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through coverage options and securing the best protection for their needs. Key Responsibilities What You'll Do • Build strong client relationships and trust through a consultative sales approach, guiding clients to fully understand their insurance options and select the most suitable carrier • Educate clients on the value of Guardian Service's offerings • Sell and service home, auto, umbrella / liability and other personal insurance products • Foster strong client relationships that drive referrals and renewals • Maintain accurate records and consistently check on clients’ coverage needs • Provide valuable feedback and contribute to company growth Skills, Knowledge and Experience We're looking For: • Motivated sales professionals with a proven success generating revenue and achieving quota • Individuals with a proven ability to quickly learn and master new concepts • Individuals with a positive, client-focused attitude and an interest in building relationships with customers and serving them well • Individuals with a willingness to innovate and improve our sales process to enhance performance results • Individuals with high energy and integrity Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of high volume sales experience • 1+ years of insurance sales experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities • A passion for customer success • Must possess active Property & Casualty insurance license Why Guardian Service This isn't just another sales job.
