Responsibilities
Connect with travelers to understand their vacation interests, timelines, and preferences
Explore and present vacation possibilities that align with client goals and budgets
Assist with arranging accommodations, airfare, cruises, transportation, excursions, and vacation packages
Provide destination information and travel-related recommendations
Guide clients through available options and booking decisions
Communicate professionally through email, phone, and virtual communication tools
Coordinate reservation requests and travel details with supplier partners
Maintain accurate records of itineraries, confirmations, and client information
Stay informed about travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination developments
Deliver outstanding service throughout the planning and booking experience
Qualifications
Interest in travel, hospitality, customer relations, or sales support
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and digital communication tools
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring countries
No previous travel industry experience is required. Training and professional development resources are provided.
