**Job Summary**
As a Lead Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for leading our retail team, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless operations in our stores. **Key Responsibilities**
* **Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating customer needs, suggesting alternatives, and providing solutions to colleagues and customers.
* **Team Leadership**: Lead our retail team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
* **Production Management**: Manage production flow to ensure all production orders are completed right and on time, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate needs and suggest alternatives.
* **Order Taking**: Take customer orders, providing pricing information, performing consultative selling, and recommending arenaflex products and services.
* **Quality Control**: Ensure quality during and after production, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
* **Communication**: Ensure effective communication among shifts, coordinating pick-up and delivery of customer orders, and providing leadership to team members on an assigned shift.
* **Training**: Assist in the training of store team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* **Operations**: Operate the Point of Sale terminal (POS), handle financial transactions, and make change, completing required financial paperwork and assisting with financial reporting.
* **Shipping and Logistics**: Provide customer service by determining appropriate shipping methods, informing customers of company products, services, routes, and rates, and ensuring quality customer service is given to customers by providing packaging services and offering information about company products and services.
**Essential Qualifications and Requirements**
* **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent education.
* **Experience**: 2+ years of specialized experience in customer service, retail, or a related field.
* **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* **Physical Abilities**: Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods, and move and lift 55 pounds.
* **Leadership Skills**: Ability to lead a team, provide guidance, support, and coaching to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Quality Driven Management**: Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes, work with management to reduce company costs/wastes, and optimize profitability in areas of responsibility.
* **Quality Concepts**: Apply Quality concepts presented at training during daily activities and support arenaflex Quality initiatives.
