**Key Responsibilities**
As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction
* Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
* Work with our food program to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers
* Lead shifts on a regular basis, gaining valuable entry-level management experience and developing your leadership skills
* Collaborate with your team to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a high standard of appearance and service
* Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance, demonstrating your commitment to your role and our customers
**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example. If you have:
* Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of success
* Entry-level management experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
* Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer behavior
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development
* A motivation to advance in your career, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team

* Physical stamina, with the ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required
**Physical Requirements**
As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional climbing of ladders to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
