We're looking for a successful land acquisition professional to support real estate workstreams across multiple large-scale projects, land campaigns, and land acquisition efforts in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in real estate management, finance, economics, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in real estate, the energy industry, management consulting, finance, or a related industry
- 1+ years of project management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise using Microsoft Excel or other modeling programs
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills
- Independent and self-directed
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, iterative, entrepreneurial environment
- Familiarity with land, environmental policy, law, or renewable energy
- Passion for renewable energy development
- Familiarity with Google Earth and GIS software
