Role Description This is a full-time remote role for Korean Interpreters. In this position, interpreters will facilitate accurate and professional communication between Korean-speaking customers and clients, primarily through phone and virtual channels. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting customer service conversations in real time, clarifying information, and ensuring that messages are conveyed faithfully in both Korean and English. The role may also involve supporting outbound calls, assisting with lead generation and upselling when required, and documenting call outcomes in a clear and organized manner. Interpreters will collaborate closely with team leaders to maintain quality standards and adhere to client-specific guidelines. Qualifications • Strong proficiency in Korean and English, with excellent listening, speaking, and comprehension skills. • Demonstrated experience in interpretation or translation, preferably in customer service or call center environments. • Ability to manage real-time conversations, maintain accuracy under pressure, and handle sensitive information confidentially. • Comfort with remote work, including reliable internet connection, basic technical troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with call center or VOIP software. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and empathetic approach to customer interactions. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow scripts, procedures, and compliance requirements. • Availability to work full-time, including possible shifts aligned with international time zones; prior experience in multinational or multicultural settings is a plus. • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional language certifications or formal interpreter training are advantageous.
