Role Overview
As a Junior Innovation Consultant, you will support the development of high-quality funding proposals for industrial companies, research organisations and public stakeholders working on the technologies that will shape tomorrow's energy systems. You will work alongside experienced consultants and contribute to proposal development, collaborate with international partners and gradually develop into an autonomous innovation consultant.
What You Will Do
Support innovative organisations in securing European funding by contributing to competitive proposals and helping transform ambitious ideas into impactful energy and climate projects. Your tasks include contributing to proposal development, researching European funding opportunities, and supporting industrial companies and research organisations throughout the proposal preparation process.

Requirements
- Around 1–2 years of experience in EU funding, innovation consulting or R&D project development
- Exposure to European funding proposal writing and a strong motivation to develop proposal ownership
- A degree in Engineering, Energy Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics or a related discipline
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1 minimum) and fluent Italian
- Strong analytical, writing and communication skills
