Join Our Team

We're now looking for Seasonal Customer Experience Ambassadors to join our remote team in Texas. As a Seasonal Customer Experience Ambassador, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional customer service across all channels. You'll be the go-to person for our customers, helping them find their next favorite item, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have.

If you have prior experience on an e-commerce customer service team, proficiency with Kustomer and Google Suite, or any other relevant skills, we'd love to hear about it!

Availability:

We're currently hiring for Seasonal roles with both part-time and full-time availability needed in September, our summer peak season. Candidates must have flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support our customers when demand is highest.

Part-Time Availability:

* 16–29 hours/week, with occasional weekend shifts required

Full-Time Availability:

* 32–40 hours/week, with occasional weekend shifts required Flexible availability is especially important—we're looking for team members who can help us deliver exceptional service when our customers need us most.

Compensation:

The wage for this position is $17.60 - $18.65 per hour, depending on location.
